My thighs and arms are a problem for me

It wont take long just stay on track and make sure u get in protein . Like chicken and shrimp yogurt thats like everyday to me!

Yes, I have and I don't have trouble with broth as it is a light liquid as Water... my problem occurs when I try to drink anything thicker than clear liquids. Somedays i feel great somedays I dont wont to get out the bed . food isnt exciting like it used to be .
