    Late June Sleeve Buddies?

My surgery was June 27th & I'm down about 15 pounds since surgery day so far!
  3. I had my surgery June 27th & I was the same way. I literally lapped the patient who had surgery a couple hours before me. I was discharged a couple hours earlier than expected & 2 days after being out of the hospital I walked 12,500 steps in one day! Be cautious though, I overdid myself a bit on the 4th of July. I danced a bit too much & out of habit picked up my nephew to dance with him & he's about 10 lbs over my weight limit. I felt fine at the time but within a couple hours I was really sore. The muscles around the incision they took my stomach out through have been pretty sore (doctor says everything still looks good though luckily) & I'm just now starting to feel back to normal a week & a half later.

    Feel like I'm eating crap

Smari does have a plain flavor too. I think they call it Pure instead of plain. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

    Feel like I'm eating crap

I know what you mean with the lack of options. I'm very adamant about eating clean - artificial ingredients actually make me ill & finding all natural foods that fit what I'm allowed to eat does not offer much variety. Look for this yogurt called Smari, it's Icelandic yogurt. It's higher in Protein, lower in sugar, and in my opinion tastes better than Greek yogurt. Target carries it.
