Thanks!!! Im super excited, but nervous because it doesn't work out with my husbands work schedule. He works a double shift that day, and an early single the next day. So he's upset that he can't be there for me. But this is super important to me and the sooner the better!!!

Ya, she's a bit...... intense I guess. Lol. She totally intimidates me. I guess she has to be like that though to make sure that people follow through with the meal plan and do what they are supposed to do. She was definitely very straightforward during my 1 on 1 appt with her. But I made sure to bring my food journal with me and I'm glad I did. it does get easier post op. it was impossible before surgery. my family is very supportive but they do not eat like I do. I was obese, they are not. I had surgery, they did not. I have learned to live around their temptations.
