Hi again!! So thanks for the little hints I definatly plan to get up and walk as much as I can after my surgury. I have heard about those gas pains and I am not looking forward to that. Don't want to go through that!!! So I did cheat a little this weekend, and I just had a granola bar, a little snack one that I have for my kids, and so I know it's not going to kill me!!! lol, So your surgen told you to have your last supper did he, well thats good to know, cause this coming saturday is going to be it for me I have been on this diet now for a week now, and my best friend and I are going out this saturday for girls night out and we are going to dinner and a movie, so I am definatly going to eat my last dinner and then I still have 4 days till my surgury date so I will have time to digest that. I will probably try to stay good, and have a saled or something, "maybe" lol??? Well thanks for the advice, and I am sure we will talk more soon.
