Hey Tegan - That's ok, the weight will start to move again and I do think that the liquid faze is the jump start to that happening. I'm down a total of 15kg now and wow that feels great. My friend hadn't seen me in 2 wks and she was so excited when she saw me. Funny cos you know you have lost but not how much until you take photos an put them side by side...It's great.
