He stated that the date I will go by is try appointment date some time they make a fictitious date for approval" I was informed; not start me liquid diet until I get my date... I can't wait to start this liquid diet... I am staying that now but when those...Hunger pain hit i may loss my mind... Err taking the bitter with the sweet. Thanks loca_lette813 I have myfitnesspal down loaded in my phone ,but I never looked up calories meals thanks... @@erp I will start eating more stir fried dishes and these these types of meals I can also incorporate this dish when cooking for my family, they are meat eaters lol nothing wrong with adding a little meat Thanks ! @@chicken Lady I have also eliminated Pasta and rice...
