A loss is still a loss
I am incredibly proud of you! WOW, keep up the great work. All families have issues and they should be ashamed of their behavior. You on the other hand are a role model for your children and because of your choice you will be healthy and continue to be a wonderful Mom.

Me too?

I'm a little ticked, and in need of advice.
My Mom told a few family members I would have never told, why? So negative. Both mentioned it, one told me they had a friend and she was miserable after the surgery and the other said it's too bad you couldn't lose it on your own! Seriously[emoji15]

I agree with your physician to stay away from narcotics and it is tough not to be able to take NSAIDs anymore. Has your doctor suggested Tylenol? My husband also has sarcoidosis, is your Pulmonologist a sarcoidosis specialist? My husband goes to Mount Sinai in NYC. We learned early on that someone who treats many cases of sarcoidosis gets it!! Sarcoidosis could definitely be interfering. I don't know anything about the gyno issues but if you trust your physician, listen to their advice. I really hope everything works out and you start to feel better.

3 month liquid diet
Many surgeons want their patients to get to a healthier weight for surgery, your surgeon is looking out for you in the long run. My surgeon wanted me to take off 50 pounds before my surgery......still working at it with a month to go.

Never thought I'd regret it...but here I am
That makes me so sad! Has this ever happened to you before, as in before your surgery? My surgeon mentioned to me that if I'd ever been depressed, this surgery could make you sad and to look out for that. In regards, to the vomiting, that must be so stressful, and that alone, would make me crazy. What does your surgeon say?
