I wouldn't mind having a motivation buddy. Not sure abt the 5 day pouch test but I'm working on drinking/eating more Protein and Water. Exercise is hard time wise. Still trying though. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

RNY 2004. Regained almost all my weight back HELP!

I'm looking for help. I was doing well for a few years after surgery but life happened and I got COMPLETELY off track. I've moved and the local practice at last check wanted $3000 to follow me. Needless to say I didn't go since I couldn't afford them. I've been following different sites and just have a hard time with coming up with the money for multiple shakes on a daily basis. I work 6 days a week between 8-12hrs a day or more. The one thing I want to do on my day off is REST not exercise. Exercise it the last thing I want to do at all after putting in so many hours in a day and week. Any suggestion would be welcomed. Please don't berate me. I'm human. I fell off and now I need help getting back on the right track. Thank you. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

Best Tasting Protein Shake
CoffeeAllie replied to charley27's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Remember your tastes will change after surgery. That being said I find I like INSPIRE Protein by Bariatric Eating and I mix with unsweetened almond milk. The powder dissolves easily with NO chunks and the unflavored is great for use in Water with crystal light or any other flavoring a you want to use it with. They have several different flavored to choose from. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
