Hardly eating
Thank you very much very helpful! I was at a point of regret to be honest! I mean after the surgery I understood the love I have for food! That now that I'm unable to have none I'm doubting myself! I even have recipes of my old time favorite foods that I have twek to a healthy way and I can't get it as why I can't enjoy my food now that I'm on solid. For example today I tired to have some fish sticks (3) with 11g of protein I made it into a gyro style spinach, thin sliced red onions, tomatoes and as the tarter sauce plain Greek yogurt with pickles! And I used 1/4 of a whole wheat wrap! Took 3 bits and 1 I was full, and 2 got the only cramping stomachache! Does it sound like I'm moving to fast in my foods? I just don't get it!

Hardly eating
Hey all! So I'll be a month out surgery on the 19th and I'm unable to eat! Everything I eat literally give me a stomach and I'm running to the bathroom! I'm serious drained I practically live in the bathroom and is frustrating! I was told to stop all diary because I was feel horrible after consuming my protein shake, or a piece of cheese even yogurt! Has anyone experienced this? I don't know what else to eat/do! I'm starting to worry myself that I'm going to get malnourished and sick because I'm no having my protein! My weight is still the same as of last WK 237! I'm taking my pills and drinking my water but I'm feeling hopeless! Your inputs are greatly appreciate!

Protein
Sorry to hear that! I do know the feeling, try to keep yourself hydrated keep sipping your water, and protein shake, yogurt, and broth! Unfortunately I had a follow-up appointment today and my DR said to stay away from all dairy for now no milk, no yogurt, cheese etc... For about a WK to see if my bathroom visit calm down! It's pretty annoying cause I want to eat but everything gives me a stomach and the runs! My doc also told me I would need to get a good amount of protein otherwise I will lose weight the wrong way which is muscles and I will age faster!

Protein
I'm feeling the same way! I'm 6 days away from 1 month post op and today I made some skirt steak with spinach and I couldn't eat it! The meat didn't taste the same to me and I have been very sensitive to dairy everything makes me go to the bathroom like 3-4 time a day [emoji22]

Omeprazol/Sleeping on belly
Hey all, So today I had a small scary episode I'm two weeks in on my surgery, on Friday I was told to start puree foods, as every morning I wake up and have my protein shake, and sip water throughout the day at about 12pm I had some pureed Calabasas (pumpkin) lightly season with sea salt and a hint of cayanne pepper. I waited about 1 hour an half so I can't take omeprazol, once I had it Lord I thought I was going to die, I got light headed, chills and stomach cramps, as if I need to use the bathroom but nothing! Two minutes later I start gagging and I was throwing up an acid sour throw up ( my guess the pill) I guess the force of having throw up I felt all my stomach muscles cramp up! It was horrible!! Is this normal? My LPN told me I should continue pill for the next 3 months? But this was before this episode! Who has experienced this? Please any feedback is greatly appreciated! Last question how long after surgery did those belly sleepers start to sleep on your tummy's, without any discomfort?

Surgery and wearing a girdle/waist training
Yes correct a waist trainer is tight, I ask my doctor he said after a couple of weeks I can get into one as long as I don't feel no discomfort! And it helps as a form of molding into hour shape glass!
