  5. I was sleeved Wednesday, 9/20 and dr said full liquids. I am having a hard time differentiating between fullness and pain and gas moving. I drink water and protein shakes. Yesterday I got 55 oz of fluid and 60 grams of protein, but that it what I concentrate on all day. Good luck!
  6. I'm not even one week out and I feel hungry! I thought the same thing and was hoping to not feel this hungry. Protein shakes help some, but not for long.

  8. I was sleeved on 9/20 and I have been very cautious about not drinking too fast so that wouldn't be uncomfortable. Today I have been taking larger drinks without discomfort, so I was wondering if I am not feeling the full sensation. Right now, I'm still having gas pains and incision pain, and a lot of gas movement/sounds so maybe I can't get a good idea of what it feels like because of everything else going on? Thoughts? Similar experiences? Thanks!
  9. I had my vsg on 10/20 and was released 10/22. Gas pains are still very real and painful! I've walked, drank, used gas-x strips, passed gas...any other suggestions? I'm hoping to sleep through the night without being woken up from gas. Also, how long did your incision pain last? I would love to get off the pain mess, but don't think I'm quite there yet.
