Stopped by to say Hi and no one was around. I hope everyone is doing well. I am j90 days out and have lost 48 lbs. 25 more to gaol!! Wearing size 8's

weeks out and I am down 38 pounds!! Happy with my progress. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. I have been so busy with work that I haven't had any time for chat.

Just checking in Surgery went well Monday. I was trying to go without pain med...no can do yet. Was unable to get liquid pain med so I have been putting the pills in flavored water to dissolve that is helping a little. Today I have managed to get down a sugar free pudding which I added Vanilla protein to some decafe Vanilla tea with a scoop of protein and half a bottle of Spartos protein water. I think this is good for day 1 of full liquids.

After 4-5 hours fighting Cigna I am approved and back on for MONDAY!!

Surgery denied....they said the medical director had authority to change the nut visits to 3 in 60 days. How is that my fault?'

Email from dr's office today says they will have an answer in the morning!!

Liquid diet began today - but still no approval yet!!
