  1. @D'Sleeved Well, I will be working half days the week after surgery. This is not ideal. I will bring my son and have a chauffeur (teenage daughter - thank God - can drive). I will take it slow and work seated as much as possible. I am the building testing expert for language learners and do not have anyone else trained AND able to sign off on their testing. If it just does not work, then i will contact those at the district office to discuss options for assistance. Praying for an uncomplicated surgery with God's blessing and guidance throughout.
  2. @@Pink Ninja You are a day ahead of me. It will be great having buddies who are going through this process together!

  6. You need to call your surgeon's office and get the reference number for the procedure request. Without this number, it is easy to spin your wheels. Plus, if they have not turned in paperwork it becomes obvious, fast. I asked mine to email the reference number and when she did not do that for 2 days (after the office had had all my paperwork for 3 business days 5 days total) I called until I got it. The insurance company really appreciates the fast reference to what we are calling about. You will quickly be on a first name basis with the surgeon's insurance coordinator. 10. @ D'Sleeved - it took 13 business days to get approval with constant calls to the insurance company and periodically to the surgeon's office. The whole process started on the 23rd of June and ended on July 12.
  11. I have Hypoapnea and as long as your sleep study reports levels higher than 20 out of 60 then it is considered a comorbidity (and qualifies for a CPAP machine).

  17. @@Smjnranrk I would consider myself a pescatarian Dairy hurts me (I L.O.V.E.
