And the uber shitty thing is, my boss has known for a month that I've been saving up all my pto, vac, sick and holiday hours so that I can get one full check while I'm off for a month so if she fires me I lose it.

I have plenty of skills and credentials to go else where.i have my cna, rma, phlebotomy, & I can read heart monitors. My lpn is next I enjoy my job and the fact I get to work in so many departments. I'm having the surgery I refuse to let her stop me just sucks major that it had to come to this. Cause up to this point she has been a pretty great boss. I'm sure it has alot to do with us being majorly short staffed on both days and nights n my unit. Ok so I would recommend going online to amazon and ordering pee strips that help u pin point ur ovulation day, they can be amazing if you ovulate, I bought them and come to find out I'm too heavy and not ovulating. Any way then there is lube called pre seed. It's the best lube to use while trying as it doesn't hurt the sperm and helps them get there better. Also try using the app called glow I love it, it helps track everything and doubles as a community like this one. And they are so helpful. I got my insurance approval Tuesday. But I have to lose weight before the dr will give me a date. 10 more to go. Been on liquid only for the last two days, hoping this helps speed up the process. This is the second time I've been through all this, the first time my insurance coverage dropped and I had to stop. I'm ready to just steam roll through this and be done. Pre op class monday. So I haven't had surgery yet but I do have pcos. It does sound like you may be getting to many carbs. Get you and app like fatsecret to track exactly what ur eating. If you want to lose more I suggest keeping ur carbs as close to 20g a day as possible. I agree 3-4 months isn't a long time to be trying, have you bought opks? As of right now the surgeon just told me to lose 15lbs. So I started on a low carb diet where I try to keep my carbs between 20-30g a day. So no potatoes no corn no Pasta no bread no sweets no junk no soda of any kind rare fruit. I eat 5-6 small meals a day. Most of which are my Protein shakes. I can't see how they expect you to get all of ur daily nutrients by only eating 3 meals a day if you aren't even 2 months out. With the size of ur pouch I'd hate to push it. I'm not sleeved yet, soon tho. My mom has hers jan 28th and she still doesn't eat only 3 meals a day, more like 5. Also keep in mind if you started out at a lower bmi the weight usually comes off slower than those with a higher bmi. But Idk ur stats. Are you able to get in all ur Protein required a day? What's ur Water intake like? I would think as long as you are keeping ur carb intake low if any at all you should be fine to add in a snack or two. What does ur calories a day look like? Hopefully once you get that cleared up and they see there weren't any complications to that, they will go ahead with ur tummy surgery.
