I'm officially 5 months today... 70 lbs lost!!! I could really stop here and be perfectly satisfied but i'm going to embrace the process. my body will know when it's time.

awesome job! I'll be 5 months on Thursday. Go July sleevers!!!! I'm 28 lbs from the arbitrary goal I set for myself. Will see how much further I go. @Candygyrl @ShelterDog64 let's keep checking in with our awesome selves.

@ShelterDog64 Great!!! I have about 40+ to go as well. My initial goal was 140. I feel good right here maybe another 15-20 at the MOST!!! But again... I will let the process happen as it will... thanks. @higher will do. Will keep checking in. I will also drop a pic in the near future.
