Had my procedure March 10th, 2016. Been hoving around 60 pounds down. I had complications after the procedure so it took a while before I was able to eat soft foots and keep protein down. I have have Fibromyalgia, arthritis in my knees, shoulder, neck and spine, bulging discs and unfortunately the list goes on. I have been able to do any activity. I am hoping once some of my issues clear up and maybe another 25 pounds. I will be able to somehow perform some activities.
