I picked up 2 of each flavor today. They were also $6 off each in my local store instead of $5.

Depends on where you started, but I'd say you're doing greatI would like feed back from those who are past the 4 week post-op phase to weigh in on how you think I'm doing. My surgery was July 6, 2016. I lost 7 lbs during the two week pre-op phase and 19 lbs in the past 4 weeks post-op. Total since June 25...26 lbs.
Am I doing okay? Should it be more? I feel great except my belly button incision...still a small open wound, but not infected. Energy low, but manageable. I feel like it should be more weight loss, but perhaps I'm doing good.
Thanks.

I have to remind myself all the time not to drink after eating. It hasn't been an issue at all. I also eat at a normal pace, but my bites are tiny. I normally finish eating around the same time as the rest of my family.

I do this. I've had a few people try my "diet" and are surprised by how effective it is even without the surgery.I'm actually pretty private and either keeping it short "I'm dieting and working out" or "I'm doing a high Protein, low carb, low sugar diet". If anyone asks for more details I tell them about drinking shakes and basically what my real diet is. (I just leave the surgery part out).

I have the unique perspective of both going through the process of getting sleeved and watching my wife go through the process.
I did a much better job of sticking to the program, while my wife did not. She was eating bad food right up to the day before surgery. I lost 30 lbs in my 6 month waiting period. She lost 7. I worked out religiously, she never did. My recovery was quick and painless, hers was not.
So, what's the point of this story? Even though it is acceptable to consume bad food before surgery, it is best to acclimatize to your new diet as soon as possible.

I made some homemade sugar free popsicles today that are actually really good.
I got the cheapo popsicle molds from WinCo (grocery store for those not in the USA) and some sugar free Jello. I made the jello a bit stronger than the directions called for. (3 cups total instead of 4), filled the molds with it and froze them.
They turned out great. They're soft, like sorbet, and still only 12 calories per bar.

110lbs!! That's awesome!

The percentage is of my total weight, not excess weight.5% per month may just be the average of 100% over 20 months.
I called her back and she said I should not change anything yet, but if I continue to lose at this rate then I may have to change something after my next appointment.

I did ask, but she didn't give an answer

I'm just following my plan. Nothing special. I do walk a lot, though. I try for an hour every day.You are doing just fine. I would say keep up the GREAT work! I can only lost 7lbs. so far and I am two weeks from surgery. Give me some TIPS!

I just had a follow-up with my nutritionist and she said I'm losing weight too quickly. They want me to be around 5% per month and I'm around 8% for the last month. (I'm almost 2 months out)
Has anyone else heard anything like that? She didn't really say what I should do about it. I thought I was doing awesome.

Relax and concentrate on healing. You're going to lose weight as long as you stick to the plan.
Some people don't lose the first week or two.
-
I took one week off

I had my first vomit at 7 weeks. I ate chicken fajitas (without the tortilla) and it just didn't agree with me.
-
I was cleared to work out (any exercise) at 4 weeks.
-
I'm at 7 weeks, and I've been averaging .8lbs per day. The weight loss is not consistent. Some days I've lost, some I've stayed, some I've gained. Try not to get too emotional about what number you see on the scale on a daily basis, but focus on how you look, how your clothes fit, etc.

"are you sure you want to give these away? You'll probably just gain the weight back"
what an awful thing to hear!!
did you have a good come back??
were you understandably shocked??
68 lbs down - good for you
keep up the good work
for the rest of your healthier, happier, longer life
good luck
kathy
congrats
My father-in-law has no filter, and I never told him that I had WLS. After the initial shock, I just smiled and said "I'm sure I won't need them"
-
I told nobody except my wife. When people ask how I'm losing weight, I explain my meal plan and work out routine. That satisfies them.

I went to give my father in law some shirts that don't fit me anymore and he said "are you sure you want to give these away? You'll probably just gain the weight back"

You gain weight from surgery. They pump you full of fluids. That bring said, over a pound a day is phenomenal.
-
My goal is 800 calories

I've been using Nike NTC and like it. It isn't specifically what you asked for, but they have a fairly decent coach program and you can specify the types of workout you want to do.
Any runners?

I went for my first ever run today. I managed 1.5 miles at a 12:30 pace. This was way more distance and a lot longer than I thought I could do.
I was breathing in for two steps and out for one.
