I'm also a newbie to this whole process. I was shocked also to some of the antics on this board. I really thought it would be a more supportive group of people with that being said in less than maybe 4 days I have learned a lot & many people are very informative & supportive of each other.

Thank you dub. I think laparoscopic hernia repair are easier. I will talk to my surgeon to see what he says it sucks it might come back because of the weight loss.

Hello everyone,
Im new here but I'm really loving all the advice from just lurking lol. I was advised I have an umbilical hernia about a month ago. I decided if I will be forced to have surgery which I despise the idea. I will get the sleeve done also which I've always wanted. I have Cigna open access plus & looking for a doctor in my area. That's all I have so far in my newbie journey !
