I thought my sleeve would make me like Cardio more. NOT!

I guess I am weird because I LOVE going to the GYM now. I do an hour of Cardio 3 days a week and 3 days I do 90 minutes. I work out 6 days a week 3 days I also do strength training. My joints don't hurt like they use to and seeing that go down on the scale keeps me going. I feel bad if I don't go to the gym
