Have you tried a Simply Fit Board

Yeppers. We have one. The moving around the house is because of leaning. You can intentionally walk around using it if you know how. I also get in a plank position (like a push up that is all of the way up) and put my hands on either side of the board and twist it underneath me.
  2. My last post in here was pre op. I'm down 78 pounds and I've gained 2.5 inches of USABLE manhood! The wife and I both agree that there is more girth as well. My sweetie is trying to wear it into a nub but it definitely isn't working. We are in bed by 9pm nightly but it isn't to sleep.

I did all the bad things!

Thank you. I had a pretty in depth discussion with the psychologist at our program about how to handle stuff like this. He is firmly of the opinion (and I agree) that making something forbidden is the best way to make it more desirable, and cutting it out completely is not always a good thing. Now, if it were an addiction problem, then yeah, a little is as bad as a lot, and can cause someone to fall off the wagon. Going in with a plan really helped too. There were lots of old familiar smells and sights. I skipped the cookie and candy dishes completely. I didn't even go close to them. I figured I could probably get away with eating a little, but they would just get in the way of my Protein, and I am working real hard at keeping that up. So even though I put a little humor into this, I hope the real message that comes through is that planning ahead can be very effective in not going overboard and causing physical as well as emotional problems. What are you still doing here?? Oh well, I agree with your statements above. I guess you can stay...

4 days post op and confused

I made this meal 5 days after my surgery. We had 12 or so people here. I didn't miss a thing. I did this partially to prove to myself that it really wasn't a big deal. Most of this surgery is mental.

    Chinese Food

At ELEVEN days out? Phew! Living life on the edge... I was still on full liquids. I was advanced pretty quickly too but part of that is because I was not enjoying the pureed stage so I asked if I could just chew the supreme crap out of the next stage of food and was given the ok.

It gets better soon, I promise! Quit watching regular tv. Watch Netflix or youtube instead. Those commercials are evil! As far as the egg goes... Heaven on earth was an egg with havarti and hot sauce! Cheddar still doesn't go down easy.
  8. I just walked into my garage from the rain and I didn't recognize my own footprints! I'm accustomed to killing the outside edges of my shoes. My footprint usually doesn't have an inside edge. Today I have a complete footprint!

    Boobs! [emoji523]

I'm glad to sat that my man boobs are deflating. My ass cheeks are going too. I have no interest in a boobies job though!I seem to be developing the dreaded "plumbers crack". I have never had that problem before in my life. Is this a complication due to surgery? I do not have any man boobage problems to report yet. This is very similar to the 36 longs that were mentioned earlier. Your cheeks have fallen creating more defined butt cleavage. As much as I'm sure that you can agree, we NEED to get the girls talking about boobies again!

    Lost 120 pounds, Now what?

Obviously I'm seeing you clothed but from this man's perspective you have nothing to worry about. You have a nice body

    Food Taste

It is tough until you can get on solid food and truly taste it. For me the best thing that I did was to go to Safeway and ladle out the broth from their chunky chicken noodle soup and put it in a travel coffee mug. I just looked like your average everyday coffee freak. It was savory and seemed like substance.

    Being cold is getting old!

I now understand the draw to a warm climate. I wore a pair of thermal long johns, wool socks, insulated boots, underwear, undershirt, sweater, jacket, beanie and gloves just to go to a parade. It was only 45... I was still slightly chilled including my feet! Does anyone have any suggestions? I feel like I might never wear flip flops again.
