Getting up and walking around helps. sleep more sitting up than you usually would.
The physiotherapist at the hospital also gave me deep breathing exercises. Take a really deep breath, deep as you can and then just a bit more, hold for a few seconds and then breathe all the way out.

I take mine, no problem and I only had band placed 3 days ago. Take your meds to your surgeon and ask if you are unsure. You need to look after your mental health as well as your physical health.

I have used powdered Soups and I put the strainer in the bowl and then just lift it out, removing anything that can't go through the strainer.

I use one called "Delicious" I put it in a blender with some frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, half a banana a dash of orange juice, and chilled Water.
I only had surgery yesterday so the quantity will be vastly different. But it makes it tasty and very doable. I used it in the past before work outs and for my 2 weeks pre op liquid diet.

You aren't supposed to feel full. That is a sign you may be stretching the area above the band. You should just feel "not hungry".
