  1. You aren't supposed to feel full. That is a sign you may be stretching the area above the band. You should just feel "not hungry". Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  2. Getting up and walking around helps. sleep more sitting up than you usually would. The physiotherapist at the hospital also gave me deep breathing exercises. Take a really deep breath, deep as you can and then just a bit more, hold for a few seconds and then breathe all the way out. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. I take mine, no problem and I only had band placed 3 days ago. Take your meds to your surgeon and ask if you are unsure. You need to look after your mental health as well as your physical health. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  4. I have used powdered soups and I put the strainer in the bowl and then just lift it out, removing anything that can't go through the strainer. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  5. I use one called "Delicious" I put it in a blender with some frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, half a banana a dash of orange juice, and chilled Water. I only had surgery yesterday so the quantity will be vastly different. But it makes it tasty and very doable. I used it in the past before work outs and for my 2 weeks pre op liquid diet.
