    Emotional day 2 post op

I had mine on the 4th also. But lucky me, i didnt have any gas pains, or any other pains. I was scared because everyone kept telling how bad it was going to be. I went in and now im home doing somethings that i really wanted to do. The only thing im confused about is when i eat, i dont really feel full. I feel this cramping under my left breast. Is that my body telling me thats enough? Idk Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App

  9. So i had my sleeve yesterday at 730am. It took until 11am because he had to repair a hernia and removed my gallbladder. So they couldnt get my blood pressure out of the 200's and my oxygen dropped very low and i couldnt come out of the anesthesia so i was put into intensive care. Today was completely different and im in a regular room. Im able to keep down my fluids so tomorrow they will try me on phase 2 such as cream of wheat. So maybe ill be home on friday. Everyone has been so nice. I guess the fun will start when i get home on my own. I hope everyone that had their surgery yesterday is doing great Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App

    No support

@@lau1875, girl, get that little boy out of your head. Hes not worth your time if he cant even have a conversation with you about why he left you at the most important time in your life. And as far as your sister, she sounds really bad to me. Has she always treated you like this? And your mother takes her side? You have to put yourself first. You had the surgery for yourself and your health. Not for your family. Maybe you need to go to sit down and talk to a therapist. But in the meantime, keep doing what helped you lose those 8lbs. I just had my sleeve surgery today. I feel really great and doing my fast i lost 22lbs. Just think about yourself for a change and not being anyone elses slave. 11. You are my idol. You look amazing now and before. Im not really an outside person. Meaning i dont look at people and say shes beautiful, i go by the person you are. You can have the best body in the world but have the worst additude to go along with it. Thats what will keep you heavy. But looking at you picture when you were heavy, you had a sweet face then. Please dont get to the point where they have to put you in the hospital ok.,just be healthy. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
  12. @@tanya0974, I had my my sleeve done on the 4th also. They ended up having to put me in intensive care because they couldn't bring my pressure up. 67/50. It's better right now. I've walked to nurses desk twice, so I know I'll be here until Friday but it'll be so worth it. Welcome to the welcome to the losers bench Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

    So disappointed :(

So with me @@staceface, i dont have heart disease or diabetes. But i have had previous back surgery and so arthritis has set in really bad. My knees hurt so bad when i walk. Do you have arthritis, or fibromyalgia? Start complaining to your pcp. Those are also comorbidities. Your BMI, high blood pressure, arthritis, .......There's alot of different things they look at but get the ball rolling again. Like i said start complaining about those things to your pcp. Keep the faith, if its meant for you, it'll happen. Maybe theres a reason that theres a roadblock right now. Im a firm believer that what God has planned for you will happen. 15. Hey ladies gm. Just wanted to share a great fine. I know we're all on here losing weight and excited about getting into clothes that we only dreamt of wearing. It can get very expensive as we go from different sizes and tryingto find room in our closet for clothes that we no longer wear and have to decide what to do with those clothes. If youre like me, your closet probably have 3 to 4 different sizes in it. But ive found a Gem that will allow us to wear the clothes we want to, while not digging a large hole in our bank account. Its called Gwynnie bee.com. It allows you to look at all the looks with clothes that theyve put together and theyll send you the clothes. You can wear them as long as yount to, send them back and theyll send you more clothes thats in your rack, or you can keep them. I didnt want to have a closet full of 3x clothes, so i tried this out. So gwynnie bee allows you to have that dreamy wardrobe at a low price. The price depends on the looks that you want to try.

    Pregnancy complications?

Keep your head up lady and ill send you positive thoughts. I had 2 loss also but i didnt have the sleeve. Im having mine on tuesday. But after those 2 loss, i had 2 sets of twins and never had to take anything. If your sisters have had miscarriages also, maybe theres something to look at. 20. OzRoo, at least each of your phase is 2 weeks. Mine are 3 weeks each. Like, I'm in my pre-op diet now. I had to do 14 days of Clear Liquids, and I'm sick of Protein shakes Sent from my TM101A550L using the BariatricPal App
  21. Aleathia, I saw your surgery center, nice. I was going to stack up like that before doing my clear diet but my Dr said that he wouldn't advise me to because just because I like 1 Protein shake today, after surgery I may change my mind because my taste buds my change so he wouldn't advise me to Sent from my TM101A550L using the BariatricPal App

    Help me

Reading all the horror stories on how crazy insurance can be, I guess I was very lucky. I didn't have any problems. I just had to follow the Dr plan by going to nutritionist in his office format least 6 months. Different medical test, and I had to lose 15-30 lbs in those 6 months. I lost 18, I didn't try to lose the 30 because I didn't want the insurance to say well if she can lose 30 by herself, she can lose 50 and so on. Now, having some medical issues did help to I think. I have arthritis really bad, central sleep apnea. Its different than just sleep apnea, central is your brain telling you to stop breathing. I've always kept my weight at 145lbs, but once arthritis set in all the steroids they put me on blew me up. I've now had to be without them and so the pain is awful. It feels better now since I've lost 22lbs doing this 14 day fast. Surgery is Tuesday 4th of October and I can't wait. Sent from my TM101A550L using the BariatricPal App

  24. I did but i had to have back surgery. I had 4 disk bulging on nerves so i had no choice. I had to have a pain pump put in my stomach because chronic pain set in and there was nothing that would touch the pain. So when the dr does my surgery on tuesday, he'll have to stay clear of that area. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App

    Noisy co workers

I dont think even if i thought it i wouldnt walk up to someone and asked them did they have wls. Unless we were friends. Now, if ive known you forever and know ylu have been tbis size forever and 4 months later, youre a size 2, its either 1 or 2 things. Youve had Wls, or youre really really sick. Its not so taboo like it use to be, and hell, even if it was, id just simply tell that person to mind their own business Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
