I also stopped slowly. 1 cup a day then 1/2 cup a day then 1/4 etc. I had no headaches but was tired. Good news is I just started again Saturday! Dr said as long as it does not bother me and is not at the expense of getting non-caffeinated liquids in then it's no problem. Congats to all of you!! One month out, about how many calories are you getting in each day? Are you able to meet your Protein targets easily?

Can you eat the whole egg? When I make scrambled I measure out a 2 oz cup and am full after that. It's about 1/3 of an egg. A fried egg sounds delish!

I started to get hungry too, no clue if it was real, imagined, or a result of acid but regardless, I felt hungry. Good news is that when you start mushies you will be full after a couple bites and it takes HOURS to feel hungry again.

@@pjmckain My doc said it looks like I may have stretched it a bit and made it angry but it is not infected at all. He said the largest one always takes time and hurts most. It was reassuring to hear. If you feel it is getting worse over the weekend you may want to go to an emergency walk in just to be safe. The earlier they catch it, the better. Good luck!

I've noticed I am also losing inches more than pounds which is awesome. I officially track my measurements once a month but have been sneaking waist measurements here and there and am down about 5 inches since the morning of surgery less than two weeks ago. woohoo

I am 9 days post op and think my largest incision site is infected. It is very red and has puss coming out. I made an appointment with my surgeon this afternoon but was wondering if this has happened to anyone else. All of the other incisions sites look really great. It seems to have happened pretty quickly and I don't have fever. Hoping some antibiotics will do the trick? I certainly don't want to go to hospital but imagine that wold only be necessary if it was very severe and spread to blood. Anyone experience this?

I am 2 days post op and feel like crap too. I am trying to walk and move around but i am soo tired. The gas pains were horrible this morning. Taking gas x for that.
