Is there no one over 70 who has been sleeved?!

Hello to all my companions in the over 70 age group. I would like to be friends with each of you, but I am notoriously horrible with computer stuff, and I don't know how to go about it. Would appreciate help with this. Also, having problem with swallowing pills! I never had before, but I had a hiatal hernia repair along with the sleeve. Last night I woke up with my throat burning horribly. A pill had gotten lodged somewhere. Today I got a pill crusher and crushed up all the pills and mixed them with vanilla pudding. (the pudding now tastes awful) Am I doing this right? Any advice would be appreciated. I am about 35 days post surgery, and have only lost 21 pounds. I don't think I'm doing very well. Hello from Sweet Nan. I just joined. I am 75, and this whole process has been a little rocky for me. Had a hernia repair along with the sleeve. About 30 days after my surgery date, I have only lost 8 pounds (actually lost 10, but gained back.) I'm trying hard, but disappointed with my progress (or lack thereof.) Very happy to compare notes with the others in our special age group.
