  3. How are you going to be on a weightloss surgery forum and then blast people for being overweight? You really should just register a new name and start again, because threatening people on here is never going to be forgotten. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
  4. So basically YOU find it cheating and since YOU lost weight, YOU feel like YOU got robbed by doing it the old fashioned way. How about thinking of HIM and HIS health and be happy however HE becomes healthier? Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App

  8. I never seen a plan that day "do what makes you feel good when you're hungry." But you are right, you are doing it your way. Good luck, but dont tell others it is because of insurance reasons because that is a lie and dangerous. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
  9. You're playing with fire with everything you wrote in this post. Sorry to say that doing what makes you feel good has got us into needing surgery. Also thinking it is for insurance reasons is so very very wrong. You should youtube the surgery to see how raw your stomach is. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
  10. Yes. You can eat a gallon of ice cream too. You can eat anything. Should you, well that's another story. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
  11. Men feel good when they can fix something. Whether it is a broken item or emotions. Me and my husband got into a discussion about this the other night. I was mopey and he kept saying to tell him what he can do to fix it. I td him there wasnt anything he could do. Round and round for about 30 mins. Let him help and fix it, makes them feel needed and gets you out of the situation faster and that will diffuse the aggravation you are building. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
  12. Low carb, high Protein diet. Get used to chewing your food into mush. And get used to not drinking for 30 mins after eating. Research, research and research some more. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
  13. Usually, also it gives your surgeon more room to move around in your abdomen. The surgeon will feel your abdomen and see how fatty it is too. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
  14. If you dont stop obsessing for every pound now, you are going to be sorely upset when you go a few weeks and lose nothing. Peaks and valleys for weightloss, never a constant loss. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
  15. That is basically starvation weightloss. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
  16. If you eat the same after surgery, you will not lose weight and might end up in worse shape. Why worse shape? You can become dehydrated and deficient in Vitamins and end up in the hospital. After surgery you have to do low carb, high Protein and drink fluids. If you want sugar and chocolate dont bother because you will not succeed. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
  17. Eat the Protein. Just like you have been. Its thats simple. Low carb, high protein. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App

  23. Waaaay to many carbs. 21 carbs x 5 = 105 +30 carbs in the pudding mix. 135 carbs a day. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
  24. 30 grams of carbs in your shakes a day. I hardly lose if Im not under 20. How many calories? Are they premade shakes? Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
  25. True, but I feel bad at times that LSL gets bashed alot by saying what at least I'm thinking. And most of the time she isnt a quarter as bad as I would be. Lol When I started this process I wanted to know everything that I could to prepare and decide if this was for me. I could never imagine doing this life altering surgery without research. When I started I didnt even know what questions to have, thats why I stalked this forum. Started reading threads in the gastric forum from 2 years ago and just mentally compiling. I guess that is also why I get a bug up my butt when I see the same threads. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
