  3. I'm 10 weeks post op and have pregnancy on my mind 24/7. I want to get pregnant so bad. I went back on the pill after surgery (haven't had a period in a year and a half) and I had it once for 4 days since I started the pill again. I'm worried that I'm not ovulating and never will. I have PCOS - no cysts, but the hair, no periods and the weight. I'm down 43 pounds.

  5. I feel actual hunger every couple hours. In order to get my water in I have to drink then wait 30 minutes then eat then wait 30 minutes then drink then wait 30 then eat... And so on all day. I feel like I'm always hungry unless I'm eating this often. Anyone else? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  6. My surgeon has a no straw rule. I know because you get air in, but what's the bad part of that? Won't you just burp and be all good? Also, what's the best Water bottle that will keep your drink ice cold? The only water bottle I've used that keeps my ice in my water is one I have with a straw. Here is a pic of my sweaty glass water bottle. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  7. Looking for easy food ideas to bring to work. Preferably No microwave or fridge, but I'll take those ideas as well. Looking for snack ideas AND lunch. I'm not a fan of Protein bars, but I have a shake every morning and then chicken for dinner. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  8. Thanks to everyone (Well, some)! I'm only asking because I want to know what other people have done. I understand that everyone's plan is different, but I don't understand why. If your plan says alcohol after 4 weeks, why does mine say no alcohol for the rest of my life? There has to be a reason your plan says 4 weeks. So I think it's okay to veer to someone else's plan for a second. Cheers to that. I'm having wine at the wedding tonight. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
