Good luck! I know that my stall is coming and that I need to start logging my meals like I should be! I have done well so far but I know as more weight sheds it will become harder and harder to loose it and that i will have to really monitor my activity as well as what goes into my big mouth!!!
Yeah, I'm planning to get a new Apple Watch so I can get a better picture of my activity, as it would help improve my understanding of my heart rate when working out as well as the return to a resting heart rate.
... Waiting for sundown (per Google, it's in 75 minutes) so I can try to get the rest of my 10 000 steps for today (per my iPhone, I have 3 676 steps to go).
