  4. Are you reaching your Protein goals and drinking at least 60oz of Water a day? I have to have 72g of protein everyday (based on height I'm 5'8) and most days I reach 90g of protein and have been doing this for the year. I have been waiting 2 years for the surgery (in Canada) and lots of water is very important. Follow other wls people on instagram and they all drink over 100oz of water in a day and are successful. I think I have pcos also but only self diagnosed cause I didn't know what it was until recently.   6. I have a cpap machine and can't use it cause I take it off in my sleep and don't know it and am unsure how to deal with it. I am only have mild sleep apnea and honestly do not feel better even I use the machine. Sent from my SM-N910W8 using the BariatricPal App
