I'm a little bummed out. I'm tentatively scheduled on June 14th if I can get cleared by my PCP. Everything was going great and I'm a self pay patient so not much was required, but when they checked my resting heart rate it was 130. I'm going tomorrow morning for an EKG. I'm hoping it's because I started the liquid diet 3 days ago, been exercising, haven't been sleeping well with all the excitement and I also take Vyvanse for binge eating disorder (The nurse told me to throw those in the trash that those right there could be the cause) but deep down I know something is wrong. My resting heart rate when not on Vyvanse is in the 80s which is normal, but when I go for a walk my HR will spike into the 200's. I just know they're going to find something tomorrow. I hope there is something they can give me or a procedure they can do to fix it so I can continue on with the surgery. Has anyone else gone through this? I feel so lost in this and have no one to talk to. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
