I had it and mines got so bad I had to go to the emergency room. They gave me meds that controlled it but I still had it. I think it might be what you are eating. Maybe check the calories on the shakes and the soup. Every surgeon is different and allowed diff foods. Im going through the same thing now. A bit different,Really sucks, I have this pain in the top of my stomach and when i drink pills it hurts soooo much. I had to get liquid and chewable Vitamins and now they put me on a 14 day treatment because I have h.pylori which can later on lead to an ulcer if I dont do the treatment.
