    Starting day 6 of my 2 week liquid diet. Not really hungry...just really emotional and weepy...I assume this is normal. Plus my head keeps playing games telling me you know you want a juicy cheeseburger or pizza one LAST time!! It's horrible!! Try to distract myself and I end up going to bed early and tell myself I will cheat tomorrow just to silence the thoughts in my head!! Mind games start in evening cuz i do fine during the day.     My PCP is against wls also. I feel bad cuz i really liked him and haven't been back to see him for 3 months. I would've liked his support but can't get it. He never helped me with any weight loss either. I just can't take it anymore so I'm sticking with my wls team at Cleveland Clinic.
