I was sleeved Jan 10th by Dr Varnell. I have lost 29 lb since I was sleeved but currently have slowed down and only losing a lb a week.

I had my surgery Jan 10th, the past 4 days I have just maintained. Anyone else seeing this? Surgery weight was 220 and today 205

• Two weeks of liquids are to shrink the liver. Tough as nails to get through though

11 more days of the liquid diet. This stinks, I know its mostly head hunger but part of it is that I have already done the diet and half way through it my surgery date changed. So it is my second time around. It is mostly boring. But I have found I prefer the Carnation Light start to the Premier. But I am doing both and then just sugar free Jello and I can have sugar free popsicles but I have not had those yet. They seem a bit bland to me

I started my two week diet yesterday. 3 Protein shakes, sugar free Jello and sugar free popsicles. Total 550 calories. I did fine, just a tiny bit hungry but it passed. 13 days to go till Jan 10th surgery.

Any* Arkansas or Oklahoma sleevers

I go to my first appointment in a few weeks. But I'm in Oklahoma! Not many people in my life are very supportive of this choice so I can kind of relate.

I have only told my husband and daughter. I used the Hiatl Hernia surgery as everyone at work keeps asking.Plus the time off and liquid diet match up.

I was scheduled after

Thanksgiving....all psych'd up and half way through the liquid diet. I got a sinus infection and the Dr gave me a steroid shot. My surgeon cancelled my surgery because of the steroid shot and now delayed till Jan 10

Jan 10th here for surgery...start my liquid diet on Dec 27. I was originally scheduled in Nov but got sick and had a steroid shot. My surgeon said you have to wait 6 weeks for surgery now Doing the weight again. I am in Oklahoma

How about using a coffee cup warmer or they also have portioned plates for toddlers that are warmers

WellI got a sinus infection and got a steriod shot. No sleeve surgery for 6 weeks now. UGH I was scheduled for 11/29, now pushed out to 1/10:( Plus I have done the liquids for a week already

How are you handling Thanksgiving if your on liquids and surgery is after the holiday? I'll be on my 2 week liquid 500 cal a day diet. Surgery is Nov 29th

Nov 29th here. I see surgeon on the 15th when I start all liquids that day. food funeral is over I'm so over it all and ready to move on. On vacation so it's been hard

Try getting a gentle leader collar..it's night and day. I have a very strong pit bull who wears it.. the leash is loose with the collar
