I can understand your fear... as my date for surgery got closer i was so scared i really considered not doing it. But i was lucky i have a friend whos 2 yrs post gastric bypass and after talking to her i felt better... still a little afraid. I hate surgerues..needles and all that stuff. But i had my surgery on april 27th and it was easy...didnt have alot of pain post surgery (i walked a couple hours after surgery). Everything has been great
ive lost 53 pounds since my surgery. I really now feel its the best thing ive ever did for myself. My advice is to find a dr your comfortable with. Sent from my SCH-I545 using the BariatricPal App

Don't know if you are still looking for info. But I order my Vitamins from either bariatric pals or Bariatric Choice. I really like the Celebrate 2 in 1 [it's a multi Vitamin with the Calcium citrate in it) then I just add Iron and a sublingual B12. Hope that helps.
