1. I packed toiletries a change of clothes flip flops and comfortable socks and most importantly*I believe* my teddy Bear❤ he helped a lot with the healing and pressure way better than a pillow. 2. I didn't know how hormonal I would be or that I would be able to feel my whole digestive process lol oh and hair loss I didn't know about that either Congrats

Idk...????i still think scales are the devil. But I know I did go from a 3x to a 2x comfortably and as of tomorrow it will be 2mos.to the day Thank u soooo much I truly appreciate it No problem and thanks❤ Thanks❤

Having these surgeries definitely will mess with hormones

Yeeeeesss doubted my decision and all. At that time I was so happy I had joined this group. Hearing others who related and assured me that it will pass was absolutely rite! It did and will for you as well! Its been about 5 weeks and I feel waaaayyyy better????????

My surgery was 4/20 not only was my husband unsupportive but he was incarcerated days before I went in. Family didn't show up. If there's a will there's a way! Nothing is impossible. I'm with my 2yr old all day every day. I say keep pushing and praying. Sis I mention 4/14 I fell down the stairs and injured both ankles and my right wrist? I'm telling you do what's comfortable for you! I did what I felt was necessary for me. I cry, I be in pain, and some days I fall short on my protein but I'm alive and I'm not giving up!!

Well my instructions were week 1&2 full liquid diet week 3&4 purée foods week 5&6 soft foods *no red meat* hope this help please make sure ur pcp or surgeon approve this before doing it I'm sure everyone and every Dr is different❤
