Ive suffered from anxiety and depression which is crazy because i havent felt this good in years!!!! I signed myself up for mental health and they said it is very common after weightloss surgery as well as divorce/breakups and alcoholism. advice/ heard of/ going thru ANYBODY?

Im sorry for your loss as well[emoji171] and i agree with Introversion! I say go back to the basics before you knew how fast or slow you would be losing. Focus more on the lifestyle change and discipline and not so much the weightloss and you should be fine in due time[emoji171][emoji171][emoji171][emoji11][emoji11][emoji11]

Happy Suriversary! You are doing an amazing job.....I wish I could see your most recent picture better because it's a little dark. We have made transformations and sometimes it hard changing from what we are use to. I'm approaching my 2nd year in October...I still have a ways to go until I get to my goal weight, but I have no regrets. Love the new you! You are so worth it girl! Congratulations again

1 year ago today I started my journey to live a healthier life. I can't believe what people see that I haven't in this past year. It hasn't been easy but its truly worth it. My kids and I dance and play together like I'm 3 or 13, my husband and I are closer than ever. I know longer need his word/view for me to feel beautiful, I feel beautiful all the time. I'm not comfortable at this weight I kinda like being heavier. But I love how I feel my energy, my health, I honestly feel great! But wtvr have a great day Sleevers!!

Mine was also on the same day as you... the first couple of days i was hungryish... i think it was more head hunger than actual hunger....

Now that my tummy is settling down and i can drink more Water... the hunger is residing

I have gerd and I have the same symptoms when I don't take my meds so yours mite not be strong enough

1. I packed toiletries a change of clothes flip flops and comfortable socks and most importantly*I believe* my teddy Bear❤ he helped a lot with the healing and pressure way better than a pillow. 2. I didn't know how hormonal I would be or that I would be able to feel my whole digestive process lol oh and Hair loss I didn't know about that either
