  1. Hi Sarah, welcome! While I definitely wish my timing had been better, I am doing fabulous with my pregnancy. Currently 26 weeks pregnant and 6 mths post op. Baby and I so far have been doing great, but now is the time theyear will really start to monitor her as this is the time for her to start putting on weight. My only concern is that I have stretched my sleeve out trying to make sure I get enough in for baby to thrive. I am curious as to what my life will look like post baby since I never really had a chance to get used to my sleeve and break the bad habits that got me to surgery in the first place. Good luck I hope this site helps you. Sent from my SM-G928V using the BariatricPal App
  2. I'm 5.5 months post-op and about 98% sure I'm pregnant. Do you mind sharing how your surgeon reacted? Mine recommended waiting 12-18 months before trying to conceive, and he is very strict...I'm a bit terrified of his reaction, to be honest. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App I hope it has all gone well.. my surgeon really had no reaction at all, just told me to make sure I was closely followed by nutrition.. 25 weeks now and baby girl and I are both doing great.. the healthiest pregnancy I have ever had! 3. My OB came up with a alternate option since I am really struggling with even drinking Water.I am doing 2 weeks of recording my blood sugars 4-5 times a day. First thing in the morning before eating, and then 2 hours post anything I would consider a meal. I hate pricking myself but I knew I would not tolerate that drink at all. 4. I was 2 weeks post op when I got pregnant... 20 weeks pregnant now and so far all is going great.. the hardest part is really learning my sleeve and what my body can handle but baby seems to be handling it all wonderfully Sent from my SM-G928V using the BariatricPal App
  5. I just found this group..
