I would add that you probably need to go back to a Protein shake with 50 grams of Protein (2 portions and 12 oz. of liquid) every day. Skipping the shakes caused my weight loss to slow dramatically, so now they are mandatory for me.

I decided to "work with" my sleeve after "not listening" to it for four years.
I went back to the first week of solid food stage and got back on track.
It can be done.
YOU can do it!!!

That depends entirely on the reason you've identified for your failure, doesn't it?
There is lot of help and support available here, but we need a little more to go on here.

well. the good news is tomorrow is a new day and you can choose to eat good Proteins, lay off the alcohol for a while and see what you can do. All depends on how much you want to loose that 50 pounds.
I wouldn't rate this as a failure, but a choice you've made. and your sleeve is right there waiting for you if you decide to make a change.
