  12. I was 9 months maybe 10 without a cycle... until the following day I came home from surgery. I had a full blown period, pretty bad too. Clotting was intense. I also have pcos, I'm like you in hopes this straightens things out! Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
  13. I've had shrimp, squash/zucchini (in a grill pack..by far the best thing so far), Northern Beans, baked beans, refried beans, avocado, green beans, a little scrambles egg, lasagna but no noodles I just had sauce for the most part, Greek yogurt, and some thinly shaved turkey and ham from a deli. 19. Your taste completely seems to change after the operation and liquids. All the artificial sweet flavors of the shakes...seriously make my want to throw up. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
  20. I was probably supposed to be but am not. It was a 2 week liquid diet. Today is 15 days but I've had some soft foods for about 5 days now. I was so weak, to wash my hair was a serious chore. I've tolerated everything well. Avocados... and some squash/zucchini/onions I put in foil and grilled have been by far my 2 favorite things. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App 6 months is ridiculous. Is that because your doctor said so or an insurance thing? Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
  21. I didn't mind the shakes before surgery... now I despise them. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App

  24. To me that isn't bad. I've tried several different things do far. Basically putting myself on trial and error to see what I can and can't handle. So far so good. Last night we got av stuffed pizza from papa Murphys.... it had 3 meats, mushrooms, and cheese in the middle. I didn't touch the breading or crust just the meats and cheese. I maybe ate too fast. I got super bloated feeling and my belly gurgle, a lot! Other than that, no problems. Head hunger, I've discovered.... is very very real. I want something in my head. Just because it seems like the thing to do. It doesn't mean I'm hungry, just my kids may be eating lunch, so then it's on my brain of what I'm going to eat. Maybe this is what is happening to you also. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
  25. How often do you find yourself esting... and what are you eating do far? I'm post-op 15 days. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
