Ladies, while we understand that you may be curious as to what is going on in the Man Room, Alex and I respectfully request that you refrain from posting in this forum. The purpose of having a room for the men is so they may post about subjects specific to men only, and feel comfortable in doing so. Many times these are sensitive issues, and this should be a safe place to discuss male related problems without the fear of being judged or being afraid that their issue may not be taken seriously. We will be, in turn asking the same of the men in regards to the powder Room. Thank you for your cooperation.

I have a cuisinart ice cream maker, but you can find others on Amazon pretty cheap. For chocolate mint you could just use the cocoa and some mint extract. You could also throw in a handful of dark chocolate chips and skip the cocoa. Because I don't use cream it gets kind of hard so I put it in single serving containers with lids. This way I can nuke it for 20 seconds to soften it up a bit. I use 1 c half and half, 2 c unsweetened almond milk, 2 eggs, and two packages of the Yougert. I love it and eat one almost every day. Way better than a protein bar.
