I was sleeved 2-19 and I have lost 54 lbs since starting the pre-op diet. I am eating around 500-600 calories a day. Is this ok? I'm not really hungry.

I have a desk job i took one week and one day off. But everyone is different with their recovery. I would tell your employer two weeks and come back early if you feel well enough.

I'm 6 weeks post op. I haven't asked my surgeon about smoking an occasional cigar. What has been everybody else's experience? Anybody know the risks? If any to the stomach.

Recovery was quick. Went into hospital on Tuesday out by Thursday. Went back to work on the following Wednesday. liquid Diet for four weeks post op.
