I still eat very fast and I pay for it in the end. I'm trying though.

I'm 3 months post op. Dropped 81 pounds. I'm pretty sure I'm going to need surgey. Things are not looking good underneath my clothes.

I don't think that was a good idea. At 12 days I was still on liquids.

I sound like Chewbacca while I'm eating and after I eat. I've asked my coworkers a few times if they heard but they haven't.
Thank God! Lol

I'm trying to find different things to eat as a snack and for lunch. I'm thinking deli meat. They have alot of sodium in it. Even the low sodium is still high. Any suggestions?

I was a huge beer drinker pre op. I'm now almost 3 months post op and I haven't had any beer since I was told by my nutritionist and doctor that I couldn't have it anymore because of the carbonation.

I was sleeved 3/21/16. I was planning on going back the following week but my doctor kept me out an extra week.

I would sweat walking from my car to the house or getting dressed for work even after I showered. Now that I am 2 months post op, I sweat very little and that makes me happy.

I'm 2 months post op and I still can't get to 64oz. I'm lucky if I get to 32oz.

It was disgusting. I added some crystal light to dilute it but still couldn't drink it.I agree with the other answers but before I actually researched Protein I bought some of these in Orange. I barely took a sip and it was the most horrid thing I'd ever tasted in my life. I gave them to a co-worker that uses Protein powders as he's trying to aid in gaining muscle when he works out. Even he said he couldn't finish it it was so bad. You've been warned.

When I hit my goal weight I will still be obese. The BMI weight I need to be for my height is way to skinny for my body frame. I'm 5'9 and should be 165-170. Not in my book I shouldn't. Lol

I didn't eat cheese until I was at the soft/solid food stage. 2% kraft singles and low fat string cheese are my go to cheese.
