  3. If you followed and hit the benchmarks your health insurance obesity medical policy requirements and it's a covered benefit, you should have no problems. Even if they find something to nit pick about, your surgeon can do a peer to peer review, if that fails, you and the doctor can appeal. You do have time to fight with the worst case scenario. 6. I go Monday. I never thought of this question until now. I take a mood stabilizer for bipolar disorder. I'm kinda having a freak out about all that can go wrong. 10. So its the final stretch. I didn't do so hot on my liquid only diet. No major gorging but a few slip ups primarily 2-4 Oz of chicken 3 different days, 1cup of rice, a slice of toast. I've stayed under my calories for the day. But I'm finishing the last 48 strong. Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App

  12. Today went so much better on liquid Diet. No desire to cheat. Energy is okay. Monday Morning is coming quick. I treated myself to a sugar free Rita's Italian Ice for dinner. The only bummer I had today is my son said was coming home this weekend then changed his mind because I was sending my daughter to pick him up. He's been at University since July 31. I think he wanted the alone time with me. Hopefully I can make the drive next weekend. Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App

  14. Thanks. I'm just so cranky like I am sure everyone else is or will be. I know I will be healthier and this is just temporary. @LisaMerg thank you for the suggestions. I completely forgot about unflavored protien. I am so tunnel vision on my print out, I am not thinking out of the box. I know this phase is temporary but it's hard in the moment of discomfort to see that. I really do appreciate the support. Monday Morning is the new beginning! 18. So I'm on my pre op diet. I failed Tuesday with 4 ounces of baked chicken breast and 2 packets of sugar (low sugar). These artificial sweeteners are terrible. Between the chemical, overly sweet and nauseating taste inducing low sugars, I'm about frustrated and sick. I haven't had this artificial crappie in 5 years. The premier Protein shakes and Quest powders are tolerable. For the past 6 months I did well still using very limited amounts of added real sugar. It's just frustrating to have to eat that garage again. Yes I knew this ahead of time. I just forgot how crappie I feel while I'm using it. Even stevia turns my stomachache. Ugh.
