Ok, I just spent like an hour trying to get a sparkly "August All-Stars" to copy & paste...NO DEAL! :confused2: So I just went to "edit my signature" on this site & typed it in. I hope that's ok. It looks alright & much easier!!

I find that $1500 up front very weird. I'm 100% covered & only have to pay my co-pays for office visits. What's the $$ for?? Good luck!

I personally think pictures are a great idea. I will be taking them monthly and definitely the morning of surgery. Good luck!:cool:

Nina. I have Horizon BCBS of NJ. When I went to meet for the surgeon the 1st time in February, the nurse gave me a list of all requirements that the insurance co would need for me to be approved. Can't you move your psych appt up??? I'm thinking about you!!

I GOT APPROVED! I just called the insurance company and a wonderful girl put me on hold and came back and said I was approved. I said to her "So you're telling me I'm approved?" and she said yes, gave me an authorization number and then I told her I loved her!! I feel awesome! Thanks to ALL who had me in their prayers & thoughts...you'll continue to be in mine!!! :thumbup::Banane42::tt2::biggrin2::thumbup::Banane42::thumbs_down:

I spoke to my "Surgical Coordinator" at my sugeon's office today. I explained how I was worried because the 1st yr of my 5 year weight history was 40+ ppounds lower. She said she spoke to many ins companies & they;re mostly concerned with making sure you went to the doctor on a regular basis. I hope that's the truth.....:smile:

Ok, I called the insurance co again today. A very nice lady put me on hold for a while & then told me they received my paperwork Monday & it was already sent to the nurse and it's "IN REVIEW". I guess that's good, right?? She said it should take a few days. I can't stand the wait!!! Review is good, right???:confused2:
