  1. Don't feel bad. I'm not loosing very fast either. I was sleeves on June 14 and have only lost 20 pounds. I consume about 500 calories a day. I haven't been exercising much because it's been so blasted hot in SC. I thought I would have lost a lot more than I have. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  7. I have my first initial meeting with my doctor this week. I was wondering if there are any questions that should be asked? I am in the beginning the stages of my journey.
