    I'm a little over 5 months out and have JUST NOW lost 50 pounds. Very slow loser. But I get my Protein, Water and exercise in. I'm disappointed sometimes. But like others have said here, it's not a race, and we can't compare our journeys to others. We just have to use our tool the best way we know how.
