Thanks! Just know that any temporary stall is just a blink in the rest of your life! It's great that you go to the gym like that...I am going to start jogging (or power walking lol) in the mornings, and try to do stuff like push-ups, lunges, crunches, etc. in the evenings. Alternating days. Because I really need to tone and that's the only way I can do it I guess.

Thanks for the photo comment! I am about 5'6" (the people with me in that pic are much shorter lol) and my starting weight was 280/size 22. My doctor had told me that 170 was a good target weight but now I'm at 160-165 (depending on what I eat that week) and I still need to tighten up some fatty areas. But I am excited and ecstatic with my weight loss and sometimes cannot believe my eyes either. Good luck with your journey!!

Thanks! Good luck...hope the date comes in soon. Loose skin isn't a problem really it's still some loose/jiggly fat like on my arms/thighs/stomach that I don't like. I haven't been able to get in the gym like I need to but I've heard that toning with weights/resistance bands is what helps along with drinking plenty of water. The good part is that since the weight loss is gradual that many skin problems that people have with gastric bypass we don't suffer as much with lapband. I hope everything goes well for you!!

Hey you!! Thanks a lot...I had slipped a little also but got a fill in January so I am back on it...I need to tone up my arms, tummy, and legs to get ready for swimsuit summer!! I'm very excited actually if only I can get rid of all the jiggles lol. Yes I won't EVER be back to the past either and that makes me smile. Have a great week!!

I'm great how are you? My progress is good for right now, I have been slacking on going to the gym. Don't be concerned!! The first 30-45 days you should focus more on following the doctor's diet and healing...weight loss during that time is just a bonus. Weight fluctuates constantly, I recommend weighing only every week or so. Your fills are more about how food moves through the band and not your weight...just talk to your doc about your concerns. Congrats on your loss so far!!
