  3. I was sleeved 3/25/16. My start weight was 306 before preop diet. Now I am 258. I have about 30grams Protein a day. Have difficulty with Water. My usual day: breakfast- Greek fat free whipped yogurt with 2 spoons of granola. Lunch- any type of Soup. Dinner- can be anything. What ever I cook for family. But I do eat fruits. Any sample menus?     Breakfast ideas.
