      WOW! 100 pounds lost in 6 months.Thanks is fantastic. I am 6 months out also lost 70 pounds. May I ask how many calories, protein and exercise you are at now? Did you have the sleeve or some other kind of surgery? I am wondering if I am too low with mine.
