My husband used to do that but I talked to him and he decided to go through the low carb journey with me pre-op just to be supportive. He's that fast metabolism and very fit kinda guy who is the perfect weight and can eat anything. It helps that he is my best friend but sometimes you just have to talk about it. Good luck!
