  1. Jesus boys, I'm shattin pineapples. Okay, maybe not pineapple, but-no exaggeration, hand-grenades.Same size and same freaking texture. These dookies are so freaking hard and large my sphincter has absolutely no chance of pinching one off in a doable size.

Okay, I know this is rough, but to give you all an idea how terrible this is, I had to go in and get a couple of these bad boys. Vaseline on the digit and operation remove the dook was on. Oh MY Freaking God! These things are like steel. Serious pain and blood... I'm only 9 days out and I'm not eating, what is going on! Don't you need food to form these bombers?

Okay, not trying to brag. Trying to figure out what the H to do! I'm not on any painkillers and have not been since day three. I'm hydrating pretty well and taking a dulcolax daily. What to do?!

    I called mine baby raptors

  2. I'm 3 months almost 4 months out and any my pooping experience is hilarious (not really). I was told and read that my bowel movements would increase and the smell would be foul. And for me, it's the absolute truth. I'm sure everyone experience is different but let me share (TMI) that I've pooped on myself in the middle of the night, I poop several times in the morning and yes have been late for work for it. When I think there is no more to come out...SURPRISE!, there's more. Im over the increase in bathroom breaks but its the smell that's the killer. Per my NUT, Im eating too much fat. Get that under control, I should begin to see a difference. That would be great, cause there are a couple of time, I just barely made it to the bathroom!

    :D

The only way I can poop is by eating fat. It's ridiculous. But the smell oh lord

  3. I can tell you I've had to take steroids a lot I've the years for my asthma, and I was always ravenous ! A painful hunger. Thus, all the extra weight.

I don't have to do that much any more, thank goodness. But I did have my knee injected last year, and reacted the same. Shouldn't last but a couple days! Good luck!

  4. As a DSer eat however much Protein you want (of the types you're permitted at this stage). I sometimes take meds. that make me hungrier than usual. I'll just eat a steak for a snack or keep popping cashews.

Honestly I can eat what ever with no problems at this point I had probably 4 sf. popsicle last night

  5. Hi All, I recently read an article about the past winners of The Biggest Losers and the high rates of regain after the show. The thing that struck me was that even years after the fact their metabolic rates are still depressed. One a man needs 800 calories less then what would be expected for someone his size and age. It was like that for 14 of the sixteen they tested. Does anyone know if this happens with surgery?

Good question interested in finding out
